This class explores the Arizona REALTORS® Residential Purchase Contract as it relates to typical problems and issues. We will review the options and obligations of both buyers and sellers and how an agent might avoid similar problems in the future.

This course looks at unique issues facing self-employed buyers when getting a mortgage. You will learn about the relationship between business types and useable income and assets among the different mortgage programs. We will discuss how specific treatment based on federal law and the IRS tax code impacts a self-employed buyer uniquely compared to the standard wage earner buyer. We will set expectations for navigating the requirements and process, so you are familiar with how to speak with their clients on the issues.
