$15 admission fee includes breakfast. No registration required.

- Tour covers properties from West 32nd St. on the northside of Carefree Hwy to 64th St. south to Lone Mountain over to Pima then all of the northern area
- You must attend a meeting before your home will be on tour
- All tour submissions must have an active MLS number
- If the listing goes under contract it cannot be on tour
- Homes are scheduled for specific tour dates; no substitutions allowed
- If you need to cancel a scheduled tour, the listing will go on the next available tour
- If you have a home on tour remember to bring your own feedback forms for guests
- $25 fee for your home is due on tour date; checks made payable to:
