The Arizona Department of Real Estate has determined that monitoring criminal history records of real estate licensees through fingerprint clearance cards is reasonably necessary to protect the public and the industry. Accordingly, the Department’s policy is that a valid fingerprint clearance card is required for all licensees. To avoid suspension of your real estate license, login and verify that you have a valid fingerprint clearance card on file with the Department.
