Knowledge of the history of Fair Housing in Arizona in light of the Federal Laws as they changed over time; An understanding of current Arizona & Local laws in Phoenix and Tucson; Understanding the outcomes of the NEWSDAY Long Island study & putting that in perspective of how the student can learn from it.
