Participants will gain critical information to help them to respond to increasing client demand for properties with ADU potential, as well as the opportunity to take an optional exam to earn the optional ADU Specialist designation.

Increasing numbers of prospective home buyers and homeowners are interested in building one or more ADUs on their property. Professionals on the cutting edge of this emerging development trend can better serve their clients by understanding site eligibility, development process and costs, and the return on investment of ADUs in their local area.

This course is intended to help industry professionals understand the basic planning and building regulations for ADU development and provide some insights on ADU regulations in the Valley of the Sun.

Class fee includes continental breakfast and the e-book “Backdoor Revolution: The Definitive Guide to ADU Development”.
