The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. It is awarded to real estate practitioners who meet specific educational criteria by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI). The foundation of this course covers the core competencies of seller representation according to office policies, license law and the Code of Ethics. You will have a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training, and resources to help you represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace.
You will learn how to:
- Increase listings and grow your business
- Demonstrate and communicate your value package to seller clients
- Understand and apply the Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice
- Understand and comply with state license laws when representing sellers
- Understand and apply methods, tools and techniques to provide support and services that sellers want and need.

Stay home and away from others if you have respiratory virus symptoms including but not limited to fever, chills, fatigue, cough, runny nose and headache. You may resume normal activities if both are true for at least 24 hours:

- Your symptoms are getting better overall, and
- You have not had a fever and are not using fever-reducing medication

- Even then, take added precautions for the next 5 days: masking, physical distancing and testing
- If you develop a fever or you start to feel worse, stay home again until your symptoms improve overall, and you have not had a fever without taking fever relievers for at least 24 hours.
