Learn how to create an inclusive environment for all clients in this DEI-focused course for real estate agents. Through defining best practices, evaluating business practices through a DEI lens, and developing effective strategies for future client interactions, you’ll be equipped with the skills to identify and address potential marginalization or exclusion of certain groups. With emphasis on ongoing reflection and improvement, you’ll be able to foster a positive experience for all clients and promote equity in your business practices.

Due to circumstances created by respiratory viruses, there is a heightened degree of personal risk and responsibility in attending Scottsdale REALTORS®/Venue8600 meetings, classes and events. Attendees acknowledge these risks and agree to take full personal responsibility as follows:

  • You are encouraged to follow federal, state and county health guidelines; refusal to do so may result in you being asked to leave the premises.

When you may have a respiratory virus such as COVID-19, flu and RSV:‎

  • Stay home if you have respiratory virus symptoms such as fever, chills, fatigue, cough, runny nose and headache.
  • Go back to normal activities when the following are true for at least 24 hours:
    • Your symptoms are getting better overall, and
    • You have not had a fever and are not using fever-reducing medication
  • When you go back to normal activities, take added precautions over the next 5 days by wearing a mask, physically distancing and testing.
