- Clearly interpret Exchange prerequisites, processes & identification requirements
- Identify tax and legal requirements including types of properties and terminology
- Examine different exchanges, forms of financing, plus how proceeds are managed
- Review purchaser criteria and common issues and risks that cause an exchange to fail.
