Find out why the 1031 Exchange process is of value to both the buyer and the seller.

Learn how to:

  • Protect parties in a transaction where an Exchange was suggested or requested
  • Clearly interpret Exchange prerequisites, processes & identification requirements
  • Identify tax and legal requirements including types of properties and terminology
  • Examine different exchanges, forms of financing, plus how proceeds are managed
  • Review purchaser criteria and common issues and risks that cause an exchange to fail.

Fees will be refunded less a $25 service charge upon verbal notification up to 48 hours prior to class, after that fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
