  1. Zoom platform will be utilized for the course delivery If you don’t have a Zoom account, we suggest you sign up for the free version at Zoom.us
  2. Students are responsible for the performance of their own technology including audio volume, video clarity, and reliable internet connection
  3. Students must check in for class 15 minutes prior to the 1pm start time. Checking in for class at 1pm may result in refusal of attendance
  4. Students must be visible on camera AT ALL TIMES to receive class credit:
  • Students may not “step away” from the camera for any reason or darken their screen
  • If an emergency arises, please use the “Chat” feature to privately notify the instructor or monitor of your situation

Pricing property is the single most important aspect of listing real estate. Even in today’s market, failing to price property correctly can cost your seller thousands. This course covers the most common mistakes agents (and sellers) make when pricing property.

This course will review the roles of both a residential and a commercial property manager and the differences between them. We will review the best practices in tenant relations to improve the agent’s leasing success. Finally, this course will expand on the importance of the property manager’s responsibility to account for funds received and disbursed in the transaction.
