This is an in-depth analysis of the data provided by REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR), the nation’s largest property database, exclusively for REALTORS®. We will review several features within RPR including Comp Analysis, Searching Distressed Properties, Mapping Tools, Market Activity Reports, Neighborhood Reports, Investor Tools, Valuing Home Improvements and more. This course will illustrate the importance of using RPR in your business so that you can differentiate yourself from the competition and provide knowledge to your clients.

This course will explore the many ways retirement plans can impact housing choices for older adults. We will review how the transfer of property works through a will, probate, or succession. CE hours: 3 Commissioner’s Standards
This course will review the history of the Code of Ethics as it relates to its origins, its influence on state licensing laws and its establishment of arbitration as the monetary dispute resolution process between REALTORS®. Finally, we will apply the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Articles to everyday real estate practices. This course will grant you 3 hours of continuing education, while also completing the NAR Code of Ethics – Cycle Seven requirement. The NAR Code of Ethics renewal has moved from a 2-year to a 3-year requirement; Cycle Seven began in 2022 and will end in 2024.
