In response to Arizona Senate Bill 1162, which mandates cities to update their housing needs assessments every five years, Civitas prepared a Housing Needs Assessment as an amendment to the Scottsdale Housing Inventory and Affordability Analysis. This new presentation is a targeted data update that revises figures, tables and projections which have materially changed, plus new data points for Seniors 65+.

Rodney graduated Princeton University with master’s degrees in Public Affairs/Urban and Regional Planning. He has worked with AARP since 2008 and created DrUrbanPolicy.com in 2011. Rodney is an award-winning thought leader in livable communities, housing and community revitalization.



Tina Tamboer

Tina opened her own real estate consulting business in 2011. That same year, she joined The Cromford Report where she provides real estate statistics, trends, reports and data services for subscribers. Tina is also the immediate past president of AREAA Greater Phoenix.



Kimberly Winson-Geideman

ASU | Director of the Division of Real Estate
Kimberly holds three degrees from Cleveland State University and taught at the University of North Texas and University of Melbourne before starting her role as a clinical professor at ASU. She is also executive director of the International Real Estate Society.
