The West and SouthEast REALTORS® of the Valley (WeSERV) and the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® (Scottsdale REALTORS®) joint Maricopa County Candidate Review Committee continues its support of endorsed Maricopa County candidates in the 2024 General Election.
“We held in-person interviews to help identify candidates who advocate for the real estate industry and homeownership rights,” said WeSERV 2024 President Kelly Soriano.
When making endorsements, the committee considered candidate strengths in fiscal responsibility, private property rights, economic vitality, housing opportunities, community safety, environmental preservation, transportation and consumer protections.
“We are proud to support candidates who demonstrated they will act in the best interest of our members, home buyers and sellers,” said Scottsdale REALTORS® 2024 President Peggy Neely.
Endorsed candidates are:
- Maricopa County Assessor Eddie Cook (R)
- Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell (R)
- Maricopa County Supervisor – Dist. 1 Mark Stewart (R)
- Maricopa County Supervisor – Dist. 2 Thomas Galvin (R)
- Maricopa County Supervisor – Dist. 3 Kate Brophy McGee (R)
- Maricopa County Supervisor – Dist. 4 Debbie Lesko (R)
- Maricopa County Supervisor – Dist. 5 Steve Gallardo (D)
- Maricopa County Superintendent of Schools Laura Metcalfe (D)
