Spanning 7,250 square feet on 5.85 acres, Six Shooter will be listed for $10.5 million.
Paradise Valley-based BedBrock Developers plans to build a gated, luxury community on 70 acres north of the Town of Cave Creek.
To be called Continental Mountain Estates, the community will feature homes averaging 8,000 square feet on five-acre lots and priced around $10 million, said Rich Brock, founder of BedBrock Developers.
BedBrock Developers is the developer of luxury communities including Crown Canyon, Cameldale Estates, Bird Street Estates and Mummy View Estates in Paradise Valley.
With a total of 13 home sites at Continental Mountain Estates, initial plans call for building five spec homes and four custom homes, with the first two spec homes to be listed this week, said Silje N. Garner, luxury real estate professional with BedBrock Real Estate Co.
Garner and Nicole Meacham are listing agents for the properties, which are about five miles north of Cave Creek, north of downtown Phoenix.
Stratton Architects and BedBrock Architecture are designing the homes.
Keeping with the western theme of Cave Creek, each of the homes will have a western themed name.
“If someone is moving here from the Midwest and has visions of Arizona — the old Arizona, that is — they can have a beautiful home on five acres next to a beautiful town,” Brock said.
However, there are no horse properties within the new luxury community, he said.
“There is a stable down the block,” he said. “You can own a horse and not have to deal with the daily responsibilities of owning a horse.”
To be listed at $11 million, Mustang will span 7,934 square feet on 4.7 acres. It will feature a five-car garage, a rooftop deck and five ensuite bedrooms.
Six Shooter will be listed at $10.5 million. That 7,250-square-foot home on 5.85 acres will boast a show car garage for seven cars, three ensuite bedrooms and a detached casita.
