Since 2015, the Scottsdale REALTORS® has recognized outstanding members with its Forty Under 40 Awards.
Eligible members must submit a completed Individual or Team application by 5 p.m. on Friday April 14.
Winners will be charged a $50 application fee and honored at our live awards presentation on Friday, May 19, 2023.
If you received a Forty Under 40 Award for 3 or more years, you are considered a Sustaining Member and ineligible to apply.
INDIVIDUALs must be:
- A REALTOR® member
- An active Scottsdale REALTORS® member
- Under 40 years of age as of May 19, 2023
Only one submission per individual. Only 40 individuals will be awarded.
TEAMs must consist of:
- Two or more REALTOR® members
- At least 50% of team must be Scottsdale REALTORS® members
- All applicants must be active Scottsdale REALTORS® members and under 40 years of age as of May 19, 2023
Only one submission per team; team members may not apply as individuals. Up to five teams will be awarded.
ALL Applicants Evaluated on:
- Production*
- Community Involvement
- Dedication to the Industry
- Positioning/Unique Selling Proposition
A designated committee will evaluate potential candidates based on these criteria.
*Property Managers will be evaluated on a gradual curve based on the number of units managed and gross rents collected.
