The Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® (SAAR) and Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) have entered into an agreement that will allow all REALTOR® association members in the Valley access to Supra lockboxes by appointment at SAAR.
After 10 years, ARMLS will be closing its Redfield office on October 30, 2020. SAAR will be the sole distribution point for lockboxes in Scottsdale.
“We are excited by this synergistic opportunity,” said SAAR 2020 President Sindy Ready. “Lockboxes and electronic keys will be issued from the convenience of the retail store in our lobby, making things easier for our members.” The store is open by appointment, weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. To schedule an appointment, call 480.945.2651.
Supra lockboxes cost $120, plus tax. SAAR will also implement a buyback program for used lockboxes in good condition to be cleaned and re-issued at a discount. We will accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and local checks. Cash is not accepted. You must bring a government-issued photo ID, MLS login and shackle codes.
There is a one-time $50 activation fee to begin a new lease on any key. Beyond that, you will pay either a monthly or annual leasing fee, depending on the type of key you choose. The basic Supra eKEY has a monthly fee of $16.49 pre-tax. The Supra XpressKEY has an annual cost of approximately $237 pre-tax, but is prorated monthly.
Technical support for lockboxes will still be handled by ARMLS Support Centers, which are open Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. For technical support, call 480.921.7777 or start an online chat during those same hours.
