zipForm® Subscription Changes in 2020 (FAQs)

The Arizona REALTORS® state association and LoneWolf Technologies have started to communicate with agents about zipFormMLS-Connect® — which makes it possible for ARMLS data to populate forms inside zipForm®.

You may be familiar with it in relation to the topic:

Although LoneWolf provides zipForm® and TransactionDesk®, ARMLS wants you to be aware of upcoming changes as some of these products use its data.

Starting in January 2020, Arizona REALTORS® will no longer provide zipFormMLS-Connect® and zipForm® Mobile.

However, the National Association of REALTORS® will provide zipForm® Plus (which does not include MLS-Connect®) as a member benefit.

Note: zipForm® Plus does not include MLS data unless MLS-Connect® is purchased. Subscribers may purchase MLS-Connect® inside zipForm® for $24.95/year.

How do I buy MLS-Connect®?
Visit and log in. If you see a renewal screen, follow it or continue with the steps below:

  • Click the profile icon in the top right corner
  • Select Profile & Settings
  • Click Products
  • Click the Renewal link for “MLS Connect – ARMLS”

Do I have to renew zipForm® Standard to keep MLS Connect?
You may be prompted to renew zipForm® Standard, but zipForm® Standard is not required to keep MLS-Connect®. As noted, MLS-Connect® is sold separately for $24.95/year.

Where do I go for TransactionDesk® support?
Call TransactionDesk® at 1-800-668-8768.

Where do I go for Arizona REALTORS® single sign-on support?
Call the state association at 1-866-833-7357.

Why do I have to use/learn TransactionDesk®?
ARMLS does not require you to learn transaction management software.
TransactionDesk® is provided as a member benefit by Arizona REALTORS®.
