A Valley startup aims to help people build passive income and generational wealth through its AI-powered platform that functions as what company officials describe as the “Zillow for real estate investors.”
Bold Street’s platform analyzes residential real estate listings to help investors assess property values. It considers factors such as home size, property taxes, neighborhood characteristics and comparable sales, among other things.
It also takes investors’ search parameters into account, including desired cash flow per month, overall return on investment and projected length of ownership.
“Whether a residential listing comes from the MLS or it’s an exclusive off-market listing, we can analyze it according to different investor needs and say whether it’s a good deal or not,” Chris Fellows, cofounder and CEO of Bold Street told AZ Inno. “That’s the essence of what our technology does and it’s kind of like Zillow for real estate investors.”
