Paradise Valley-based BedBrock Developers plans to build a gated, luxury community on 70 acres north of the Town of Cave Creek.
To be called Continental Mountain Estates, the community will feature homes averaging 8,000 square feet on five-acre lots and priced around $10 million, said Rich Brock, founder of BedBrock Developers.
BedBrock Developers is the developer of luxury communities including Crown Canyon, Cameldale Estates, Bird Street Estates and Mummy View Estates in Paradise Valley.
With a total of 13 home sites at Continental Mountain Estates, initial plans call for building five spec homes and four custom homes, with the first two spec homes to be listed this week, said Silje N. Garner, luxury real estate professional with BedBrock Real Estate Co.
