Katie is an accomplished real estate professional with years of success working within various facets of the
industry. Prior to real estate, Katie attended the University of Arizona specializing in Communication and
Spanish. She moved to the Phoenix area 14 years ago and joined Trillium Residential, where she excelled in
residential property management. In 2008, Katie was nominated for the Arizona Multi-housing Association’s
Leasing Consultant of the Year.

In 2011, Katie broadened real estate her knowledge and became a licensed REALTOR®. She is now within the
top one percent of producing agents in the Valley. Katie founded the Baccus Realty Group in 2015 and
shares in the team’s mission to offer value and guidance to their valued clients.
