The developer of Quail Run Manor (Texas-based 3S Real Estate Investments) originally planned to put eight, one-acre lots on the 10 acre site located near the intersection of Lincoln Drive and Scottsdale Road.
But the plans changed and now there will be four lots ranging in size from about 2.1 acres to 2.5 acres.
The Paradise Valley Town Council approved the entitlement for the current configuration March 4.
The end result should be homes worth $30 million to $40 million.
The first couple of homes are in design now and should be ready to have building permits pulled in either the last quarter of this year or the first quarter of next, at the latest.
The size of the lots rival those on Paradise Valley’s billionaires row (on Yucca and Saguaro roads), which tend to be 5 acres.
