Since 2015, Scottsdale REALTORS® has celebrated standout members 40 years of age or younger who are leading the pack through business success, leadership, and meaningful community and industry involvement.
This year, we’re looking for members who don’t just show up, they set the pace!

INDIVIDUAL Applicants must be:
- An active member of Scottsdale REALTORS®
- Under 40 years of age as of 12/31/2025
Only one submission per individual. Only 40 individuals will be awarded.
TEAM Applicants must consist of:
- Applicant and no less than 50% of the team must be active REALTOR® members of Scottsdale REALTORS®
- Applicant and no less than 50% of the team must be under 40 years of age as of 12/31/2025
Only one submission per team; team members may not apply as individuals. Up to five teams will be awarded.
ALL Applicants Evaluated on:
- Production*
- Community Involvement
- Dedication to the Industry
- Positioning/Unique Selling Proposition
*Property Managers will be evaluated on a gradual curve based on the number of units managed and gross rents collected.
