Many well-qualified buyers are excluded from homeownership simply because they don’t fit into the traditional lending frameworks of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or government-backed loans. This course introduces Realtors to Non-QM lending and explains how these programs use a responsible, common-sense approach to underwriting income, assets, and credit. Realtors learn how buyers who are often told “no” may, in fact, qualify for a mortgage and how Non-QM options can help clients move from renting to owning.
