Scottsdale Council to consider residential component of 94 Hundred Shea
A developer is looking to build out the 94 Hundred Shea project with a new residential component called 94 Hundred Shea–The Village, on Shea Boulevard, east of 92nd Street.
The project would add a 219-unit apartment community on about 3.6 acres, creating a mixed-use environment within the greater 94 Hundred Shea development.
Scottsdale City Council will consider the project Dec. 7.

Optima project in Scottsdale gains rezoning approval
Rezoning for the forthcoming Optima McDowell Mountain Village gained city of Scottsdale approval, albeit through a split vote.
The developer, Optima, got the OK Nov. 21 from the Scottsdale City Council regarding rezoning and amended development standards for the proposed mixed-use project that will bring in a mix of 1,331 units at the Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road.

Scottsdale council OKs High Street Residential rezoning
A mixed-use, multifamily development plan near Scottsdale Road and Gold Dust Avenue took a step forward by a 5-2 city council vote on Nov. 21.
Known as High Street Residential, the proposal seeks to build approximately 215 units and 11,000 square feet of nonresidential floor area on a 4.64-acre site west of the southwest corner of Scottsdale and Gold Dust. The site is just north of the municipal boarder of Town of Paradise Valley, near Chaparral High School.
