When I really enjoy something, I find ways to incorporate it into my daily life. Not only does it give me personal satisfaction to share my love for it, but I find it to be a wonderful way to continue to grow within, and to give back to, my community.
As a volunteer coach for youth lacrosse and previously for Special Olympics soccer and basketball, I get to share my excitement for the game while helping to shape and mold these young adults. As a Scottsdale native with a passion for real estate, joining the board of director for my home association will allow me to share my excitement and help others grow within the real estate community.
I was a member of Leadership Academy Class 23 which really made me aware of just how much SAAR does for us as REALTORS® and affiliates. Class 23 also allowed me to see how much members and staff truly care for their community. It would be an honor to be a part of this incredible group of individuals who are essential to daily operations of the association and are also helping shape and prepare it for future success.
Understandably, this responsibility comes with a substantial time dedication. With the support of my team, I am committed to being available for all of the SAAR meetings, events, and other opportunities that come with being a board member.
Jeff Dial, eXp Realty | Watch my video
A REALTOR® since 2010, Jeff previously served as executive vice president of Dial Chemical before being elected to the state legislature where he served in the Arizona State House of Representatives and State Senate.
A veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve, Jeff’s goals for the association are: 1. Providing Value to Members, 2. Advocating and Influencing Public Policy, 3. Engaging with Members, and 4. Improving Organizational Development.
Jeff feels it is important to be in touch with the needs and concerns of the members he represents, which is why he asks that members call him directly. Personally, understanding member problems and concerns is extremely important because he values learning firsthand what concerns members have and, at the same time, sharing his message of positive change.
Jeff hopes to continue to serve Scottsdale REALTORS® by looking for new and innovative ways to make this a better place to work and live. That is why he’s asking for your vote.

Peggy Rauch, Peggy Rauch Luxury Group | Watch my video
I remember the day I first began my real estate career; it was the annual awards banquet. Afterwards, I asked the top agent if I could pick his brain. I followed his advice and the following year, was awarded Rookie of the Year!
Over 33 years later, with my husband Michael as my partner, our sole focus is to achieve successful outcomes for our clients. From condos to single family homes, from multi-million-dollar estates to rentals, from land to commercial property, no price point is too low or transaction too complex. We are totally committed to making certain our clients have the best possible real estate experience.
I am also a real believer in education as a critical tool of the trade. We can ever have too much education when it comes to protecting the interests of our real estate clients. In addition to attending as many classes as possible, I serve as a chair for the Arizona REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee and as an education monitor for the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
As a member of Scottsdale REALTORS® since Day One, I have grown to appreciate the wonderful job the association is doing for its members. Over the years, I have served on numerous local committees. The opportunity to now serve on the board offers me a chance to give back more by using the experience and knowledge I have accumulated over the years.

This is my 4th year in real estate and I truly enjoy being a part of the Scottsdale association. I love serving my clients, giving back to the community, and advocating for issues that impact our industry.
Currently, I chair the REALTORS® of Arizona Political Action Committee (RAPAC) and the Fair Housing Committee for Scottsdale REALTORS®. I also serve on the Arizona REALTORS® Professional Development and REALTORS® Issue Mobilization Committees.
On the RAPAC front, we are on track to break a record amount of money raised in a single year with a record number of agents enrolled as Major Investors. I have been a Major Investor myself since my first year in real estate and am currently one of two local members committed to Platinum — the highest donor level within RAPAC!
On the Fair Housing front, my committee was instrumental in putting together the first ever Fair Housing Symposium this year which drew speakers from across the country. It highlighted the importance of fair housing and spotlighted violations still happening in today’s market.
If elected a member of the Scottsdale REALTORS® Board of Directors, I will continue the association’s strategic initiatives of offering more Educational content, Advocating on issues vital to our business, and getting more members Engaged. I believe in listening to better serve everyone. I would be honored to have your vote. Thank you and I look forward to meeting you at an industry event.
