Camelot Homes has purchased three parcels in Scottsdale with plans to build 29 luxury homes.
The Scottsdale-based homebuilder is investing $15 million to develop the three gated communities throughout the Scottsdale area, said Trent Hancock, vice president of marketing for Camelot Homes.
One 8.5-acre parcel at the southeast corner of 128th Street and Shea Boulevard will feature 12 homes between 1,800 and 3,500 square feet in a new community called Aura. That project is across the street from the new BASIS school, Hancock said.
Growing up in that area, it’s like a homecoming for Hancock.
