2026 REALTOR® Director Candidates

Jeff Brugman, CRS, PSA
HomeSmart

As current chair of the local Political Action Committee, you may have seen me wearing purple on RMS tours and explaining how the advocacy of RAPAC is so important to REALTORS®. I have served on several committees with current Board Members and am excited to be able to work with them further. I volunteer on the 2025 Budget & Finance and 2026 Strategic Planning committees and graduated Leadership Academy 26. I am an Arizona native, have been married for 28 years and we have raised all three of our sons in Scottsdale. Thank you for your consideration.

Riley Cilley
Realty Executives Arizona Territory

As a Scottsdale native and third generation Arizona real estate agent, it has been an honor serving on the Scottsdale REALTORS® board of directors and I would love to continue serving for another term. I became a licensed REALTOR® in 2014 after a career in ER administration at a Level 1 trauma hospital. The fast-paced environment and need for quick decision making prepared me well for the wild world of real estate. If selected to serve on the board, I am confident in my ability to make decisions for the betterment of our members. So once again, “Don’t Be Silly… Vote Riley Cilley!”

Scott Fuenning
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices AZ Properties

As a fourth generation Arizonan and second-generation REALTOR®, I’ve personally closed nearly 400 transactions and as a team leader have overseen more than 430 additional sales. My involvement includes coordinating speakers for the Scottsdale Luxury Home Tour and graduating from Leadership Academy Class 17. Leadership has been a constant in my life from coaching youth sports to guiding a successful real estate team. I thrive on bringing people together, solving challenges and producing results that matter. If elected, I will listen, advocate and ensure every member’s voice is heard. I need your vote to be our voice so we can shape the future of our association.

Jessica Lonn, MRP
RE/MAX Professionals

I am a third-generation Arizonan who has lived in many areas across the Valley. I currently reside in North Scottsdale with my husband. I began my real estate career in the residential market, assisting new homebuyers, investors, veterans and luxury clients. Today, I proudly serve clients in both residential and commercial real estate. Equally important, I volunteer on the Commercial Council, Housing Opportunities Committee, serve as vice chair of the RAPAC Committee and was named the association’s Emerging REALTOR® of the Year in 2024. I would be honored to represent you on the board of directors, ensuring that REALTORS® and their voices are always heard.

April Mauch
Long Realty Old Town

I am a passionate advocate for real estate professionals and committed to driving meaningful changes in the industry. Since graduating from Leadership Academy Class 26, I have leveraged my experience to elevate agents and the broader real estate community. I currently serve on the Arizona REALTORS® Legislative and Professional Business & Development committees, where I champion policies and initiatives that empower agents to succeed. As a RAPAC Major Investor, I have a strong voice, collaborative spirit and a heart for service. I am eager to continue making a difference as a board member, helping shape a future where agents are supported, heard and equipped to thrive.

Kurt Nishimura, SFR
Coldwell Banker Realty

I founded the Asian Real Estate Association of America’s Greater Phoenix chapter and served as AREAA’s National Commercial chair for 2018 and 2019. In 2023, I served as the National President of AREAA and with my passion for sustainable home ownership, held the first AREAA Housing Affordability Symposium in Inland Empire, California which was a standing room only event. I have also served on NAR’s Multicultural Partners Advisory Group, as well as Scottsdale’s Housing Opportunities Committee, Global and Commercial councils. I am a residential and commercial REALTOR® and have a first understanding of real estate development from my MBA from DePaul University.

John Wallitschek, GRI, SRS, e-Pro
Coldwell Banker Realty

I have been a proud REALTOR® and Valley resident for more than 25 years. Before entering real estate, I owned and operated dental practices in two states. For the past eight years, I’ve been a full-time REALTOR® — bringing the same entrepreneurial spirit, strategic vision and commitment to excellence that defined my previous career. As a board candidate, my mission is clear: Protect and preserve the role of REALTORS® and ensure our profession remains in our hands. I humbly ask for your vote in the upcoming election. Whether you vote for me or not, please make your voice heard because apathy is the enemy of progress.
