The final slate of Scottsdale REALTORS® 2024 Board of Directors candidates below will be decided by electronic balloting between October 1-14, 2023.

There are seven REALTOR® Director candidates for four, two-year term seats and two Affiliate Director candidates for one, two-year term seat, all commencing on December 1, 2023. Please get to know all of the candidates by reading their biographies (and watching their videos).

REALTOR® Director Candidates

Steve BaumanSteve Bauman, Coldwell Banker Realty | (watch my video)

Steve served in the U.S. military for 22 years and served in seven combat tours before retiring from the 75th Ranger Regiment. He then attended the University of Minnesota and earned a doctorate in science. He relocated to Arizona in 2013 and started working at the Phoenix VA Hospital. Steve earned his real estate license in 2017 and has been in Coldwell Banker’s Top 1% for the past two years.
His clinical experience has helped him hear and understand his colleagues. Steve believes his leadership, business and real world experience make him ready to serve on the Scottsdale REALTORS® board of directors.

Riley CilleyRiley Cilley, Realty Executives | (watch my video)

A third generation real estate agent and Scottsdale native, Riley has served as a director for the Scottsdale REALTORS® for the past two years. She is also board liaison for the association’s YPN committee and is co-director of the 85254 Home Tour.
With almost a decade in real estate, Riley is deeply committed to advancing the interests of her fellow REALTORS® and enhancing the industry as a whole. She believes that advocacy and education are the cornerstones to a successful association. If elected to serve on the board again, Riley promises to put the needs of Scottsdale REALTORS® members above all else.

Stacey KrolakStacey Krolak, Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty | (watch my video)

Stacey is passionate about doing good things with good people. She has been in the real estate industry for 10 years and sells every day. A first generation REALTOR®, Stacey is a member of the Residential Real Estate Council and Women’s Council of REALTORS®. She served as the Scottsdale REALTORS® board treasurer and on its RAPAC Committee, as well as on the national association’s RAPAC Trustees Fundraising Committee. Stacey believes in empowering members to embrace leadership in whatever capacity that might be, and that everyone should be involved in lifting as we climb. One by one, we help each other.

David MawyerDavid Mawyer, Arizona Best Real Estate | (watch my video)

David has been a member of Scottsdale REALTORS® for 20 years. He earned his broker’s license in 2013 and worked with small, medium and large real estate organizations. As a board member, he plans to prioritize the development of future leaders with more and better agent training, broker mentorship programs and by enhancing the association’s Leadership Academy (he graduated from Class 17).
Before becoming a REALTOR®, he was a business systems consultant, information center manager, director of technology and chief information officer. David earned an MBA from NYU and holds a bachelor’s degree from the City University of New York.

David PierceDavid Pierce, My Home Group Real Estate | (watch my video)

David has been part of this community and a member of Scottsdale REALTORS® since 2003. He earned his broker’s license in 2014, graduated from the association’s Leadership Academy Class 9 and currently serves on its Commercial Council. David is an associate broker with MHG Commercial for My Home Group and supports a team of 21 REALTORS®. Being a mentor has taught him the value of community engagement and effective leadership. If elected, David says he is committed to enhancing the real estate industry’s profitability and fostering collaboration among its stakeholders – all while upholding the highest ethical and educational standards.

Andre TaylorAndre Taylor, Coldwell Banker Realty | (video pending)

During 17 years of experience as a REALTOR®, Andre earned his ABR and GRI designations and has had the opportunity to work with some truly outstanding agents. This experience allowed him to hear their concerns and witness how well they performed their duties. A graduate of Scottsdale REALTORS® Leadership Academy Class 24, Andre serves on the Fair & Affordable Housing Committee and would like to continue giving back by serving on the association’s board of directors.

Chey TorChey Tor, At Home Real Estate Arizona | (watch my video)

Chey loves serving clients, giving back to the community and advocating for real estate issues. He sits on the Scottsdale REALTORS® Fair & Affordable Housing Committee and serves as chair of the REALTORS® of Arizona Political Action Committee. In 2022, he helped recruit more RAPAC Major Investors and raise more contributions than at any other time in our association’s history.
He has taken the initiative to explore affordable housing alternatives and educate his peers and the public about these options. If elected to the board of directors, Chey pledges to continue the Scottsdale REALTORS® strategic plan and get more members engaged.

Affiliate Director Candidates

Allie JenningsAllie Jennings, AJF Inspections | (watch my video)

Allie grew up in Scottsdale, graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s in psychology and from Columbia University with a master’s in social work. In 2017, she started her current role in the family business to manage sales and marketing for AJF Inspections – a member of Scottsdale REALTORS® since 1996.
Allie is a graduate of the association’s Leadership Academy Class 23. She regularly supports and attends RMS Tours, YPN, education classes and the Commercial Forum. As the incumbent affiliate board director, she has learned more about the association, its goals and its dedication to members and the community.

Rachel TarmanRachel Tarman, VIP Mortgage | (watch my video)

Rachel is the business development manager for Uplend, powered by VIP Mortgage. She is a RAPAC Major Investor, vice chair of the ambassador committee for the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Scottsdale Area Women’s Council of REALTORS® and a graduate of Scottsdale REALTORS® Leadership Academy Class 25.
Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in education from ASU. Her podcast, The Real Tea with Rachel, features top real estate professionals and was named 2023 Best Podcast of the Valley by Phoenix Magazine. She is also a frequent speaker at national mortgage and real estate conferences.
