Since 2015, the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® has recognized outstanding members with its Forty Under 40 Awards.
Nominations are not required, but eligible members must complete and submit an Individual or Team application by 5 p.m. on April 1, 2022.
Winners will be honored at our live awards presentation on May 13, 2022.
INDIVIDUAL Applicants must be:
- a REALTOR® member,
- a Scottsdale REALTORS® member in good standing, and
- under 40 years of age as of May 13, 2022.
Only one submission per individual. Only 40 individuals will be awarded.
TEAM Applicants must consist of:
- two or more REALTOR® members,
- one or more Scottsdale REALTORS® members in good standing, and
- one or more under 40 years of age as of May 13, 2022.
Only one submission per team. Up to five teams will be awarded.
ALL Applicants Evaluated on:
- Production*
- Community Involvement
- Dedication to the Industry
- Positioning/Unique Selling Proposition
A designated committee will evaluate potential candidates based on these criteria.
*Property Managers will be evaluated on a gradual curve based on the number of units managed and gross rents collected.
