This course provides the ADRE requirement for license renewal credit and the RE Licensee the essential knowledge of AZ water law, Deed Fraud and Wildfire issues. The licensee is educated to availability of resources, understanding of government and individual rights, and common red flags in all three topics enabling the licensee to educate and protect the buying/selling/building public.
