Renew your membership
When you renew your membership with Scottsdale REALTORS®, you get all of the benefits — like FREE CE classes, rooms to safely meet with clients, lockbox support, career-course counseling, member mixers and Leadership Academy.
Activate your License
To become a REALTOR® member, you must have an active Arizona real estate license, selected a broker and that broker has in turn accepted you on their roster with the Arizona Dept. of Real Estate.
REALTOR® Application
This application tells us more about you and is necessary to become a member. Read through the application packet and fill it out carefully.
Affiliate Membership
Affiliates are engaged in businesses or professions that are complementary to real estate, and/or require information concerning real estate.
Dues & Fees
When you join Scottsdale REALTORS®, you’re also joining the Arizona REALTORS® state association and the National Association of REALTORS®.
These are three separate entities that we collect fees for when you join. We will also direct you to where you can pay your fees to access the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS). Click here to see our 2026 Dues & Fees Schedule.
All association memberships are based on the calendar year (Jan. 1 – Dec. 31) and fees are either prorated monthly (local, national) or biannually (state). ARMLS fees are good for one full year from the date you pay your MLS fees.
PLEASE NOTE Policy number 13.2 of the Scottsdale REALTORS® rules and regulations states that new Licensees must be reported to our local association within ten (10) days of receiving their license and a membership application is considered notification. If the application is not made by the Designated REALTOR®, the Licensee will be added to the Designated REALTORS® firm as a non-Member and the Designated REALTOR® will be billed accordingly.

Dues & Fees
Affiliate Membership: $175/calendar year (pro-rated quarterly) + $75 OTO App Fee
Single-month promotions are $100 per month; 6-month promotions are only $500.

Appraiser Information
Each office must have one (1) Head Appraiser; additional Appraisers in the same office join under the Head Appraiser.
Appraisers may become a REALTOR® Member Appraiser with full benefits and MLS access, or an Affiliate Appraiser.
Note: REALTOR® Member Appraisers pay annual dues and should fill out a REALTOR® Member application.
Dues & Fees
Head Appraiser: $225/yr (pro-rated quarterly) + $125 OTO App Fee.
Additional Appraisers: $150/yr (pro-rated quarterly, email for details).
Note: MLS and SUPRA fees are separate and paid directly to ARMLS.
