Scottsdale-based Armstrong Construction Group is building 29 luxury homes priced around $6 million in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.
Not all homes will be built at once, with six currently in various phases of construction, co-founder Jon Armstrong said.
Within a year, 18 will be under construction, he said.
Homes will range between 6,800 and 7,400 square feet and will be priced between $5.8 million and $6.4 million, Armstrong said.
