On November 21, Scottsdale REALTORS® 2026 President Polly Blackwell was installed by her broker, Ali Ozer of Coldwell Banker Realty, during a Winter Games themed event and holiday party at Venue8600 in Scottsdale.

In her acceptance speech, Blackwell drew parallels between preparing for the ‘Winter Games’ and being a REALTOR® leader.
“It’s about pushing limits, rising above challenges and inspiring others to achieve their best,” said Blackwell. “My commitment is to help every member run their best race, vault their highest challenges and finish stronger than they started.”
Arizona REALTORS® 2026 President Lisa Paffrath installed President-Elect Jessica Noble (in absentia), Vice President Stacey Krolak, Treasurer Jeff Dial and Immediate Past President Allison Cahill, as well as REALTOR® directors Jeff Brugman, Riley Cilley, Mauricio Lacerda, Jessica Lonn, April Mauch, Kristin Nelson, Kurt Nishimura and Affiliate Director Allie Jennings.
Scottsdale REALTORS® CEO Rebecca Grossman recognized Leadership Academy Class 28 graduates Delia Archer, Leolinda Bowers, Rebecca Chen, Lexi Fuenning, Halie Gould, Joy Hunt, Judy LeMarr, Chelsea Myers, Mikhail Quijada, Greg Ring, Joalice Ryan, MacLean Salsbery, Beth Shindler, Tracy van Ravensway and Eric Walowitz.
Scottsdale Unified School District Superintendent Dr. Scott Menzel was recognized as Citizen of the Year. Arizona REALTORS® 2025 President Sindy Ready was presented with the Caring Heart Award, and the 2025 state Treasurer Paul Baker won the Good Neighbor Award. Affiliate of the Year went to Allie Jennings, Commercial REALTOR® of the Year to David Pierce, Emerging REALTOR® of the Year to Cody Ballentine, and REALTOR® of the Year to Scottsdale REALTORS® 2018 President Becca Linnig.
The association introduced the Paula Serven Award of Excellence to recognize REALTORS® who embody the highest standards of leadership, service and professionalism. The first recipient was Scottsdale REALTORS® 2010-2011 President Paula Serven.
REALTOR® Emeritus members Trudy Moore and 2016 President Debbie Shields were celebrated along with major contributors to the REALTORS® of Arizona Political Action Committee, and volunteers serving the association’s committees and councils.
