Taking over the former Scottsdale headquarters of Vitalant at 6200 E. Oak St. in March 2024, Ed Gorman plans to build 94 luxury rental units on the site.

The founder of Modus Development said the $60.2 million project will open in May 2027. The general contractor is Bolte Construction and the architect is Scottsdale-based David Dick Architect Inc.

It will include a 6,000-square-foot clubhouse spanning two stories that will offer unobstructed views of Camelback Mountain from its viewing deck. It also will include fitness rooms, a wellness room, pool, spa, fire pits, dog park and indoor and outdoor kitchens.

Also included in the project will be a 5,000-square-foot shared office space for residents.
