Your SAAR Membership Department verifies that all of your information is the same (and correct) with SAAR, the Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR), the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), ARMLS, and flexMLS. This includes company transfers, name changes, updates to addresses, phone numbers, or email address, etc. However, we are only able to verify this information on changes that are made internally (by staff).
To update your address, phone number, email address, or other demographic information, you can do so on our website. Please note the changes you make online will not be reflected in flexMLS or ARMLS records. To update your information on flexMLS, please contact the Membership Department at 480-945-2651.

To transfer companies, you will need to submit the REALTOR® Member Change Form and $50 payment. The change form includes Listing Transfer Authorization forms for any active listings you currently have. One Listing Transfer Authorization Form must be completed for each listing.;NOTE The company transfer must be completed with the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) first, before SAAR can transfer you in the SAAR, AAR, NAR, ARMLS and flexMLS systems.
